Valet parking. Check in easy and uncomplicated carried out by Rashad (lots of information supplied) . Traditional building in a central location, easy to walk to places of interest, restaurants and public transport. Hotel has a coffee shop next door and there is a food court across the street for more choices. 10-minute work to Deeley Plaza. Large room with kitchen, sitting room (with 2nd TV) large bathroom with a bathtub. Good size bed room with 3 windows with views over the city and the “eye” art installation (spooky!) . Slight traffic noise but you can’t have walking distance to everything and not expect this. I did not disturb my sleep. Did not use fitness room!

Second time I was staying in this hotel. The first experience was better as the room was much bigger but it is also related to the time and range of booking as well. The place is not fabulous but it has a bit of a nice old fashioned style. In case you're looking for a standard international hotels network style place, book somewhere else. The location downtown Dallas is vezry handy.

We were so comfortable the entire stay.We discovered a leak in the bathroom upon arrival and went downstairs to inform them where they immediately put us in another room. All in all the stay was amazing we would absolutely stay here again and have recommended others too as well

It was a reasonable distance from where I needed to be that weekend, all the while being affordable for me and my friends. The cafe on the first floor, while a bit pricey, had good quality food and beverages.
